Shreveport Man Arrested for Fatal Domestic Incident

Shreveport Police have located and arrested in connection with a fatal domestic incident that occurred in the 200 block of West 69th Street over the weekend.

Officers responded to a domestic call where a 19-year-old woman was found unconscious and unresponsive inside a home. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by officers and medics, the victim was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.

Following an investigation by Shreveport Police Violent Crimes Detectives, Evantavious Deon Williams, who has now been formally charged with Manslaughter was updated from a person of interest to a suspect.

He was also found to have outstanding warrants, including one from Caddo Parish and Texas.
