A Shreveport man accused of brutally beating his wife to the point of breaking bones in her face pleaded guilty in Caddo Court.

28 year-old Kaltrai Williams pleaded guilty to the felony charge of domestic abuse battery with serious bodily injury.

Back in September of 2024, Williams, who is six-foot-eight-inches tall, attacked his wife when she came home from work. Williams hit her several times in the face, breaking her orbital bone, cheek bone, nose, and sinuses.

The victim was reluctant to press charges on Williams, so the case was prosecuted by the Caddo D.A.'s Special Victim's Unit due to the victim's extensive injuries and evidence collected in the investigation, including SPD's body camera footage, and medical records.

From the Caddo D.A.:

"When Williams returns to Judge Ramona Emanuel's court for sentencing December 10, 2025, he faces up to eight years in prison.

Williams was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Britney A. Green and Ron Christopher Stamps. He was represented by Alex Washington Jr."

The case was docket No. 404144.
