On August 26th, 2023, around 5:40 p.m. Shreveport Police Officers were called to respond to a domestic incident in the 2500 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop. Arriving officers located a pregnant victim suffering from visible injuries sustained at the hands of a male suspect. The Shreveport Fire Department transported the victim to a local area hospital for treatment.

Shreveport Police Domestic Violence Detectives’ initial investigation revealed that the victim was reportedly struck in the head with a firearm by the suspect, Donald White (6-11-93). The events were witnessed by two children under the age of thirteen.

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department have obtained arrest warrants for White for Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault, two counts of Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault with Child Endangerment, Domestic Abuse Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Abuse Battery upon a pregnant victim, and Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property. We are asking the public for assistance in locating White.
