Should the flight attendant and security people be fired over the incident of the man getting on the plane without a ticket?

A man boarded a plane in San Diego Tuesday without a ticket. And here's the kicker, he had just gotten out of jail.

After you watch the video you'll know, just as I do,  that there is NO EXCUSE for what happened.
