Should Mayor Adrian Perkins Grow His Beard Back?

Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins has taken a lot of heat since he took over at City Hall at the end of December. He stepped in a pile of $%#@ over the insurance deal. He's been criticized about the increased garbage fee and he's been on the hot seat about crime.
But he is a busy man. He's out an about at lots of events in the city. He also travels a lot to promote our city. But he also has a pretty good sense of humor.
Between the Monday City Council Work Session and the Tuesday meeting, he completely shaved his face. He told the Council and the audience watching "don't adjust your tv, I finally found my razor."
