Sex Offender Wanted by Shreveport Police Fails to Register

Shreveport Police are on the hunt for a man who failed to register as a sex offender.

SPD are looking for any information that would help them catch Shuntail Ellis. Ellis was supposed to complete his registration as a sex offender at the beginning of April, and nobody has seen or heard from him.

Ellis was convicted and is a Tier 1 Offender for Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. He also has pulled this move twice and has prior convictions for Failure to Register as a sex offender.

Now, a 3rd warrant has been issued for Ellis for failing to register, and Police need your help to try and catch him.
