Shreveport PD Arrests Suspect in Juvenile Sex Crime Investigation

SHREVEPORT, LA

In February 2025, the Shreveport Police Department's Sex Crimes Unit began investigating Donald Simpson due to allegations of a sex crime involving a minor. The detectives' thorough inquiry led to the acquisition of an arrest warrant on April 2, 2025. This warrant charged Simpson with three counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and one count of Sexual Battery.

Law enforcement was able to locate Simpson, and arrested him on April 22, 2025. He was then formally booked into the Shreveport City Jail to face the charges outlined in the arrest warrant.
