In the original forecast, Shreveport-Bossier was in the 'Moderate Risk' category, which basically means there's an increased chance of hair and tornadoes.

Multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms are possible today through the overnight hours. Severe storms could develop as early as late this morning. A line of severe storms is expected to move across the region tonight. Damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes will be possible.
So, things could get rough starting around 2 pm and stay that way throughout the evening. If the storms knocks out the power or produces a tornado, we'll keep you updated.
