Restaurants in Shreveport and all over the country are beginning to see a little light at the end of the tunnel after nearly 2 years of battling a worldwide pandemic. More people are going back out to eat and dining out is picking up. But restaurant owners are still facing steep hurdles in finding enough staff and rising prices for all the goods they use.
