Residents of a large part of southeast Shreveport are beginning to talk about leaving the city limits. The discussions have been going on for several weeks. But during a 3 hour meeting this week, organizers outlined the process for de-annexing several neighborhoods from the city limits.

Residents of the Ellerbe Road area, Norris Ferry, Southern Trace, 12 Oaks and many more areas want to be involved in the early discussion.
