Rescue Effort Slows Traffic in West Shreveport

Traffic is moving again on I-20 at Pines Road in West Shreveport. The eastbound lanes were closed shortly after 9 this morning after a woman either jumped, was pushed or fell from the overpass onto the highway below. She is believed to be in very critical condition. Her name has not yet been released.
