Powerball Ticket Sold in Bossier City Is Worth $50,000

SHREVEPORT, LA - There was not a big winner in the Powerball drawing on Saturday night. That means the big prize will climb to more than $1.03 billion dollars for the Monday night drawing.

This is the 9th largest lottery jackpot in history and the 4th biggest Powerball of all time.

Winning Tickets Hit Some Cash in Louisiana

Louisiana did have a couple of tickets with big wins in the Saturday night drawing. One ticket sold in Lafayette at the More 4 Less Gold Store is worth $100,000 dollars. There is also a winning ticket sold in Bossier City. This ticket is worth $50,000. It was sold at the Super One Foods on Airline Drive in Bossier City.
