Phil Robertson Rocks The House at New Orleans GOP Gathering

Robertson family patriarch Phil Robertson called on the GOP to move the party in a "Godly direction" on Thursday night (5/29) at The Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans. He also sent several salvos in the direction of the White House, voicing his displeasure with Pres. Obama's policies.

“GOP, you can’t be right for America if you’re wrong with God,” Robertson said. “You want to turn the Republican Party around? Get Godly.”

Robertson went on to describe some of the Obama White House's recent-actions as “downright embarrassing.”

"I guess the GOP may be more desperate than I thought to call somebody like me,” remarked the star of A&E Network's Duck Dynasty.

Robertson also appeared on a segment of Hannity on Fox News (5/29) from New Orleans.
