A 45-year-old Shreveport woman will be spending the rest of her life behind bars after pleading guilty in a murder-for-hire scheme. Prosecutors say Tina Van Moerkerque was the middle person in the scheme -- conspiring with Lorettra Luttrell to pay a man a-thousand dollars to kill Luttrell's husband, Ernest. Van Moerkerque's boyfriend, Erick Crain, has been identified as the triggerman. He pled guilty last year and is now serving a life sentence.  Loretta Luttrell has a sanity hearing set for next month and prosecutors say if she does go to trial, Van Moerkerque has agreed to testify.
