Go Crazy in a Mobile Road Rage Smash Room for Valentine’s Day

I have been on a mission to find epic date night spots and ideas that we can all take and run with. So far I have some fun ideas. Swimming with otters, pretending we are in Vegas watching Cirque du Soliel, and now, I think it's time to blow off some steam.

Although I have not checked with my therapist regarding how smart it is to smash things to work through some feelings, I think this would be such a fun idea that I am going to bypass telling her about this little idea.

Have You Ever Wanted to Chuck a Plate at Your Significant Other?

First off, don't lie. We all feel frustration and rage at times. How do you channel it? I go to therapy, but sometimes you just want to act out and let out all the rage you have inside. Instead of smashing one of your own plates, why don't you just take a bat to a tv or computer monitor?

What About a Non-traditional Smashing Date Night?

I just discovered a mobile smash room in Shreveport. It's called Road Rage Room, basically, instead of you driving to a smash room you have a big ole trailer pull up to where you are.

How Does a Rage Room Work?

In this case, the owner Shane pulls up and she lets you take your pick, golf clubs, pipes, tennis rackets, crowbars, bats, the selection of “weapons” is always vast. You walk into a trailer that is filled with furniture and objects that are there for you to smash. You smash it all until there is nothing more for you to smash. Personally, it's exhausting, but my friends swear it is epic therapy.
