Mega Millions Jackpot Is Now on List of Top 20 Biggest Ever

SHREVEPORT, LA - We are beginning to dream big again as the Mega Millions jackpot continues to climb. The top prize up for grabs tonight (Tuesday) is closing in on $600 million. The onetime, lump sum payout would be $285 million.

At the top of my list would be a beautiful beachfront condo in Destin or Orange Beach. And yes, I've already been shopping. It's just one of those fun fantasy things I like to do. 1. $2.04 billion, Powerball was won by one ticket in California on November 8, 2022.

2. $1.765 billion Powerball won by one winning ticket in California on October 11, 2023.

3. $1.602 Mega Millions August 8, 2023 won by one ticket in Florida.

4. $1.586 billion Powerball January 13, 2016. There were 3 winning tickets for this prize. These tickets were purchased in Tennessee, Florida, and California. Each had the option to take a lump sum of $327.8 million.
