Shreveport police responded to a shots fired call around 7:30A on Tuesday morning in the 4900 block of McDaniel Drive between Rochester Drive and Horn Place.

Shreveport police confirm a body has been found inside the vehicle dead from an apparent gunshot.  The investigation is still ongoing.

If this is confirmed as a homicide, it will be the 65th homicide in Shreveport for 2023.
