A Bossier City man has been arrested for stealing diesel fuel. The Caddo Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Kevin Woodrow, a tank driver for a local oil company, picked up over 3,900 gallons of diesel fuel from a local refinery and was supposed to deliver it to an area truck stop. But he sold more than 900 gallons of the fuel on the street before delivering the rest of the load. Detectives say Woodrow admitted to selling the fuel for $1.50 a gallon. He says another person pre-arranged several sales for him, and those buyers were waiting on the fuel when he arrived. The loss to the oil company for operating the "rolling fuel station" was over $3,500. Woodrow was booked on a theft charge.
