LSU Alumni Hosting the Ultimate Bama Tailgate Party at Great Raft

Throw the record books out the window.  When LSU plays Alabama record books don't matter. The first time LSU squared off with Alabama was all the way back in 1895. LSU won that one 12-6. The programs didn't start the annual contest until 1964, Alabama leads the series overall 55-26-5.

If you're ready to get pumped for the game, you will want to check out the LSU Alumni Association's Boo Bama Tailgate Party tonight. The Tailgate Party will be held at Cordaro's Event Center on Knight Street and will feature food, drinks, games and raffle prizes, including LSU tailgate supplies.

Tickets are available through Eventbrite and are only available in packages.  The Purple Package, ($40) includes entry into the tailgate, food, 2 drink tickets, and a stadium bag of Boo Bama swag. There are raffle tickets available for prizes including tickets to the game next Saturday.

The LSU Alumni Association is holding a fund-raising 5K Dash.  The Boo Bama 5K Dash is Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at 6:00 pm beginning and ending at Great Raft Brewing. Registration for the 5K DASH is FREE but DONATIONS are encouraged. Twenty percent of proceeds from beer sales will benefit the scholarship fund and prizes will be awarded for the race winner and best LSU Spirit Wear.

The game is next Saturday, November 5th, at 6P in Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.  As of this writing, LSU is a 14-16.5 point underdog, depending on where you check.
