LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — About 11,000 homes and businesses remain without power several days after a snowstorm blasted Arkansas on Christmas Day.

Crews are working to restore power to the remaining people who were still in the dark Monday, but some may not see electricity return until Tuesday.

Counting customers at Entergy Arkansas and locally owned utilities, more than 260,000 homes and businesses were without power for at least part of the last week. That number had dropped to about 11,000 as of Monday morning.
