LSU Legend Announces Youth Football Camp in Shreveport

Former LSU and San Diego Chargers running back Jacob Hester announced the weekend date for his upcoming youth football camp this spring.

I'm proud to continue the tradition of building champions in northwest Louisiana. Our camps help support The Hester Sports Foundation for youth sports.
Together, we are truly making an impact on lives, while cultivating and refining talent of youth sports in Shreveport/Bossier.  It's a win/win and we are so thankful you are in!  See you at camp!

Shreveport native Hester played high school football at Evangel Christian Academy where he was named Class 5A Louisiana Offensive MVP in 2002.  He went on to LSU in 2004, and by his Senior year with the Tigers, he was selected team captain, and tallied over 1,100 rushing yards, and over 100 receiving yards in his Senior year, and led the team in rushing 10 times during the 2007 season.

Hester was drafted by the then San Diego Chargers in the 2008 NFL Draft.  Hester's NFL career with the Chargers lasted until 2012, when he was signed by the Denver Broncos.

Hester's 15th Annual Jacob Hester Football Camp will be March 25th, 2023 from 9:30A-12N for ages 11 & under, and 12:30-3P for 12 and over. The camp this year will be at the D1 Sports Complex in Shreveport at 727 American Way.

Bennie Logan: LSU, Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans

Richard Dickson: All SEC TE for the LSU Tigers. Detroit Lions

Charles Scott: All SEC RB at LSU

Josh Booty: Evangel Christian, LSU Tigers, Florida Marlins, Cleveland Browns

Terrace Marshall: Former LSU Tigers WR
