National retailer J.C. Penney is shutting down six more stores by the end of April. The company is also closing a call center in Kansas.
Brooke Buchanan, a spokesperson for the Texas based department store says this decision comes after a review of operations across the nation.
No stores in Louisiana or Texas are on the list.
Here are the stores shutting their doors by April 24:
Southgate Mall in Missoula, Montana
Myrtle Beach Mall in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Chapel Hill Mall in Akron, Ohio

The company will be "centralizing its call center operations."
