Actor Billy Zane Is Coming To Geek’d Con In Shreveport

Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, is coming back to Downtown Shreveport this August. The 2024 Geek'd Con will take place August 16th, 17th, and 18th, at the Shreveport Convention Center.

For this year's event, veteran actor Billy Zane will be coming to Shreveport!

You want to talk about range? Billy Zane has done it all...main character in one of the biggest movies of all time? Check. As he played Caledon Hockley in James Cameron's epic Titanic.

Bring an iconic pulp-inspired comic book hero to life on the screen? Done. When Zane played the lead in the 1996 summer blockbuster The Phantom.

Appear in gigantic pop culture franchises? Check and check, with Back to the Future and Twins Peaks.

How about video games? Yeah, he's even done that. Voicing the original version of the villain Ansem in the 2002 video game Kingdom Hearts.

Guys, we haven't even talked about Tombstone, Demon Knight, The Boys, Charmed, Zoolander, Dead Calm, Critters, Memphis Belle, or Legends of Tomorrow.

In addition to all of his acting work, Billy Zane has become a Director and Producer. Working behind the scenes on movies like Ghosts of War, Big Kiss, and I Woke Up Early the Day I Died.
