The locations in Shreveport and Bossier are back open, but KEEL News has learned you will experience a bit of a delay because of longer lines.

Berry says teams are working around the clock to get the systems back up and going, but part of the problem is old technology that is still being used by many of the OMV offices.
No timeline has been set for when all offices will be back up and running with full service.
