Highway 3132 Meeting Planned

If you're concerned about the planned extension of Louisiana Highway 3132 on around to the port, you might want to be at LSUS tomorrow(Tuesday) evening. A meeting is planned for six in the University Center Ballroom. The state Department of Transportation and Development has initiated a stage-zero feasibility study of the extension and this meeting is intentended to be the kick-off of that. State officials will provide information on the status of the proposed project but they want to hear from you, too -- especially in terms of possible alternatives. Again, meeting starts at six tomorrow evening in the LSUS University Center Ballroom.
