Free Meals for Shreveport-Bossier Veterans on Veterans Day November 11
Many Shreveport-Bossier restaurants and businesses are offering discounts and freebies to our military service men and women again this Veterans Day.
KEEL would like to say thanks to those who have served and to those currently serving.
Here's a partial list of some of the area restaurants offering free meals to Veterans and Military personnel this year:
Free meals on Veterans Day from open to close. You might want to call ahead to the Applebee's in your community to make sure they will honor this deal. Veterans and active duty military members are invited to get the Veterans Day free meal from Applebee's.
Visit a participating Chili's on November 11th to get your Veterans Day free meal if you are a veteran or on active military duty.
Veterans and active-duty personnel with a valid Military I.D. can enjoy a complimentary meal at The Spread Buffet on Wednesday, November 11th. The Spread is open from 11am-4pm for lunch and 4pm-9pm for dinner on Veterans Day.

Veterans and active duty military members are invited to get the Veterans Day free meal from Olive Garden
On Veteran’s Day, participating IHOP Restaurants around the nation will be honoring the brave men and women who have served, or are serving, in the United States Military by offering them free Red, White and Blue pancakes. At some locations, the Red, White and Blue pancakes will be featured as part of a free combo plate including eggs, bacon and hashed browns.
Denny's is one of several restaurants serving free meals this year. Veterans and active duty military can get a free meal from 5 A.M.-noon. Denny's has been doing this for years as a way to say thanks.
On Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Golden Corral will be giving out Veterans Day free meals and a beverage to any person who has ever served in the U.S. military or is on current active duty. This includes retirees, veterans, National Guard or Reserves.
Texas Roadhouse is offering free meals for lunch for active, former, or retired military. Free entrees include your choice of steak, country fried chicken, country fried sirloin, pulled pork, grilled pork chop, cheeseburger, BBQ chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, grilled chicken salad, or chicken critter salad. Plus, your choice of sides and a coca-cola product, tea, or coffee.
Little Caesars Pizza is giving free pizza to all US Armed Forces veterans and active military members this Veterans Day between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
