Fleming Calls for Holder Resignation

Fourth District Louisiana Congressman John Fleming has issued a statement -- calling for Attorney General Eric Holder to either resign or be fired. Fleming points to Operation Fast and Furious and then-Solicitor General Elena Kagan's involvement in preparing a legal defense for Obamacare as two prime reasons why he thinks it's past time for Holder to go. He says Holder's tenure has been, in his words, "an absolute disaster."
