Elliot Stonecipher Reacts to Governor John Bel Edwards Call for Massive Changes [VIDEO]

Shreveport political analyst Elliot Stonecipher tells KEEL News the Governor's speech Thursday night confused him. He says in the beginning of the speech, John Bel Edwards told residents: "I'm not here to tell you the sky is falling, but in the end he told folks the sky is falling."
