State Representative Cedric Glover won approval on a measure calling on the Board of Regents to study the viability of Southern University Law School in Shreveport.

Well now, it's time to do that study.

Dr. Rodney Ellis, Chancellor at Southern University of Shreveport says they are focusing on the feasibility study that will provide more incite on the demand, location, and the cost that will be included in the law school.

He tells KTBS: "Right now I have no timeline on that they shared with me again, the process at this point is feasibility and to determine whether or not a law school would be viable in the area." .

The National Center for Higher Education Management Systems is conducting the study. Click here to voice your opinion. Use the password BoRSurvey to answer the questions.
