DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Deputies are on the hunt for a man they believe is responsible for a grisly murder. The incident happened just after 2pm Monday on Highway 175 in Frierson. According to investigators, Treavor Williams allegedly shot and killed his twin brother and wounded a woman. Williams then allegedly ran over his twin multiple times before fleeing the scene.

Below is a full description of the event from the Desoto Parish Sheriff's Office:

On April 29, 2019 shortly before 5:00 p.m., the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle crash on LA Highway 175 and Howard Lane in Frierson, LA. Further information indicated that two individuals on the scene had suffered from apparent gunshot wounds. Upon arrival, deputies determined that the injured subjects had been shot by a suspect who had fled the scene. Both gunshot victims were transported to an area hospital. One of the victims did not survive and the second was reportedly in serious condition. This is an ongoing homicide investigation and details will be provided as they become available. As of 6:25 p.m. DeSoto Parish Investigators have been able to identify the suspect in the shooting as Treavor Marcel Williams (B/M - DOB 09/06/1990) of Shreveport, LA. Please see the attached description below. Treavor Marcel Williams is currently wanted for 1st Degree Murder and Attempted 2nd Degree Murder in DeSoto Parish and is considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a black 1996 GMC Sierra pickup truck with a Louisiana plate tag of C534536. Deputies say that Williams is considered armed and dangerous. He is wanted for 1st degree murder and attempted second degree murder.
