
Shreveport Police Search for Three Suspects After Violent Assault Near Cross Lake
SHREVEPORT, LA — The Shreveport Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit is asking for the public's help to locate three men wanted in connection with a violent attack that occurred late last month.
Warrants Issued Following Investigation into Cross Lake Boulevard Attack
The incident took place on May 24, 2026, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Officers initially responded to a call reporting an assault and battery in progress in the 1500 block of Cross Lake Boulevard. Following a thorough investigation by detectives, authorities secured arrest warrants for three suspects, each facing one count of Second-Degree Battery.
Detectives Identify the Three Men Wanted for Second-Degree Battery
Police are actively searching for the following individuals:
- Marvonta Alexander (Born: 08/30/1996)
- Justin McPhail (Born: 11/02/1993)
- Brandon Norris (Born: 07/12/1996)
"The Shreveport Police Department remains committed to identifying and apprehending violent offenders in our community," the department said in a statement released to the press.
Public Assistance Requested to Locate Want Fugitives
Detectives are urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Alexander, McPhail, or Norris to take action immediately.
