Corrections Boss: State Prisoner Early Release Working

State Secretary of Corrections Jimmy LeBlanc talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the Justice Reinvestment Act, i.e., the state's implementation of the early release of 1,900 prisoners.

LeBlanc tells KEEL listeners that he doesn't consider the legislation "a mass release" of prisoners," and that the state is working on finding the funding to pay for the programs put in place to assist prisoners whose sentences were cut short.
