Charred Body Found in Webster Parish

Bossier Sheriff's Office tells KEEL News a charred body has been found in Webster Parish.

The body was found near Bayou Dorcheat, north of Minden, at around noon today (Nov. 18).

Lieutenant Bill Davis says the Bossier Sheriff's detectives are working to identify the body to see if it is Annie Bond, who has been missing since last week.

Investigators believe Annie Bond was killed by her husband, Robert.

Mr. Bond was found in southern Mississippi last week with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He is still hospitalized, and has been charged with second-degree murder.
