Local attorney Royal Alexander talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the Constitutional battle brewing between Donald Trump and some governor's - including Louisiana's John Bel Edwards - as the President moves toward "re-opening" the American economy.

Alexander tells KEEL listeners that, as the President leans toward "opening America for business" as soon as May 1, that there could be a Constitutional conflict between Trump and various governor's as state leader's hesitate to follow an Executive Order or similar declaration.
