Local attorney Royal Alexander talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the Constitutional battle brewing between Donald Trump and some governor's - including Louisiana's John Bel Edwards - as the President moves toward "re-opening" the American economy.

Alexander tells KEEL listeners that, as the President leans toward "opening America for business" as soon as May 1, that there could be a Constitutional conflict between Trump and various governor's as state leader's hesitate to follow an Executive Order or similar declaration.

He also explains where, in his opinion, Trump's executive authority ends and governor's power to run their own states begins.
