Caddo Student Heads to National Spelling Bee

Sixth Grader Calvin Alexander, a student at Caddo Middle Magnet, has earned himself a spot in the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Alexander beat out 28 other students at a regional spelling bee in Ruston last weekend by successfully spelling the word 'covert'.
