* Barnell Johnson (d.o.b. 9-25-84) and Shawnee M. Bernard (d.o.b. 3-29-87) were both indicted for first degree murder for the July (2011) shooting death of Roshenna Crowder. Johnson and Bernard were also indicted for armed robbery with use of a firearm. Both men will be in court on Nov. 2 for arraignment on the murder charge. 

* Patrick Johnson (d.o.b. 12-21-86),   Furlonzo Moran (d.o.b. 5-7-91) and Dave Benard (d.o.b. 1-28-89) each were  indicted for armed robbery with use of a firearm. 

* Ronnie Dee Smith (d.o.b. 2-25-65) was indicted for attempted second degree murder for a September (2011) incident in which Tracey Brown Smith was wounded. Ronnie Smith will be in court Nov. 8 for arraignment.
