We know where three Caddo Distrcit Judge's will be tomorrow.  In court.  Several of the Judges have very important cases before them.  KEEL News has compiled this list of the most high-profile ones.

Judge Ramona Emanuel

William David Payne II (d.o.b. 7-24-79) is scheduled for arguments and hearings on charges of aggravated battery and hate crime. Payne is accused of the January, 2011 attack on John Skaggs at a club in the 400 block of Spring St. Investigators say Payne struck the victim in the head with a pool cue. A jury trial for Payne has been scheduled for Monday, Oct. 24. 

Tarogany Deon Upton (d.o.b. 2-10-78) is charged with second degree murder for the December, 2006 shooting death of Willie Upton at a residence in the 5100 block of Upton. Tarogany Upton will be in court to obtain setting. 

Quintrabuis A. Holloway (d.o.b. 6-2-93) is due in court for arguments and hearings on a manslaughter charge. Holloway is charged for his part in the beating death of Ronnie Robinson at an apartment complex near W.70th and Wallace streets. 

Judge Mike Pitman

Derrick Dewayne Edwards (d.o.b. 9-20-74) will be in court for arguments and hearings on a second degree murder charge. Edwards is accused of the June (2011) stabbing death of Tyronne Miles during an altercation at a residence in the 500 block of E.74th St.

Derrell Lamer Williams (d.o.b. 7-8-85) is charged with second degree murder for his part in the September, 2006 shooting death of Kenneth Pipkins during an alleged robbery at a residence in the 100 block of Leroy. Williams will be in court for further proceedings. 

Judge Craig Marcotte

Jessica L. Antley (d.o.b. 12-28-86), Wayne Allen Rice (d.o.b. 11-26-75), Alicia Osborn Caffey (d.o.b. 7-12-53) and Derrick Lee Caffey (d.o.b. 3-17-71) are all scheduled to appear in court for arguments and hearings on drug charges including eight counts each of operation of a clandestine lab. Antley and Rice are charged with possession of CDS Sch. II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute; Alicia Caffey and Derrick Caffey are charged with possession of CDS Sch. II (meth). Alicia Caffey, Derrick Caffey and Jessica Antley are also charged with cruelty to juveniles for allegedly cooking meth in the presence of minors.  The individuals were arrested in February after officers responded to a call from a local hospital.
