Brookshire’s Announces It Is Not Selling

Last month's rumors that Brookshire's may be selling to HEB are now put to rest.

According to a statement from Brookshire Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Brookshire Grocery Company, the sale process in which it has been engaged to explore a possible sale of the company has been terminated.

The company says it will continue to provide a great food and shopping experience for its customers and will have no further comment on the matter.
