A Bossier man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his parents last night for no apparent reason.

Bossier Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Steve Hall II allegedly stabbed his father in the neck and chest, then his mother in the face and shoulder inside the parents' home in the 100 block of Honeysuckle Drive in south Bossier last night.

Hall then allegedly stole the parents' car and was found in Elm Grove this morning near the intersection of LA Highways 154 and 157 by Bossier Sheriff's deputies.

The parents were taken to University Medical in Shreveport where the father is listed in critical condition and the mother is stable.

Hall was living with his parents at the time of the incident.  He is being held in Bossier Maximum Security Facility on $1,000,000 bond.  He was wanted for two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
