
Haughton Man Arrested Following Juvenile Sexual Assault Investigation
The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office has taken a 36-year-old Haughton man into custody following an intensive investigation into allegations of sexual assault involving a juvenile.
Chad Price, 700 block of Timbers East Drive, was identified as the suspect after authorities received a tip earlier this month.
Investigation Initiated by Louisiana State Agency
The case began on February 6, 2026, when the Bossier Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services. The information provided detailed allegations of sexual assault, prompting immediate action from local investigators. Detectives were able to secure a criminal warrant for Price’s arrest.

Suspect Faces Dozens of Felony Charges
On February 12, 2026, deputies executed the warrant and arrested Price. He faces a total of 25 felony counts, which include:
- 15 counts of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles
- 4 counts of Computer-aided Solicitation of a Minor
- 4 counts of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles (Grooming)
- 1 count of Molestation of a Juvenile
- 1 count of Obstruction of Justice

Current Status and Bond Information
Price is currently being held at the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility. A judge has set his bond at $975,000. While an arrest has been made, the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office noted that the matter remains under active investigation.
