Three Bossier Parish Juveniles Arrested for Arson

BSO detectives recently arrested 3 juveniles for arson for their involvement in the destruction of two barns full of hay bales in South Bossier.

Bossier Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report of a barn that had been set on fire in South Bossier Parish on December 16, 2023. While investigating that incident, Deputies received an additional report of a second barn that was set on fire on December 18, 2023 on the same property.

Investigators were able to develop suspects through the use of surveillance footage. In total, through the investigation by BSO detectives, four juvenile suspects were identified as being involved in setting the two fires.

Three of the four juveniles have been arrested for simple arson. The fourth has a warrant out for his arrest for simple arson.

Both barns contained approximately 160 bales of hay collectively. Evidence shows the fires were started by lighting the hay bales on fire. The estimated loss as a result of the fires is over $60,000.00
