The owner of Fitness Lady, located in the Bossier Crossroads shopping center on Old Minden Road, posted on social media:

Our doors have been open for more than 33 years serving as a vital component of a women's long term health plan. We are northwest Louisiana's only fitness center exclusively for women, but on January 1, 2025 we will no longer be here to serve the community.

This great loss saddens me when I think of the numerous life changing testimonies that will end as well as the hope for a healthier future.  We offer a safe location and environment for women of all ages and health status. Our pool, educational seminars, classes and personal attention is important to mothers, grandmothers, and single women both young and old. It is true that  Fitness Lady changes lives!

I am looking for an investor(s) to purchase this valuable facility and inspire a new vision for serving women only. If you have someone in mind please contact me by phone or email.  Also I invite you to check out our website, Google Reviews, and Facebook page.

 Thank you for your consideration,

Deceptively Large Facility

Although the facility might not seem very large from the outside, it's quite different inside.  According to the Fitness Lady website:

Don't let the tiny doors fool you! This 7,500-square foot, Women's only health and fitness facility has been serving women in Northwest Louisiana for over 33 years.

Indoor Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Showers, Vanity Area (with Hair Dryers and more), Private Dressing Rooms and Water Aerobic Classes for all Ages.

Fully housed with State of the Art Exercise Floor Equipment, On Staff Dietitian, Fitness Assessments, Personal Trainers, Aerobic and Strength Training Classes.

Fun and Creative Events year-round and Free Health and Wellness Seminars that are Open to the Public.

Residents are hopeful someone will step up and take over the beloved facility.
