Bossier City Teen Arrested for Having Sex with a Minor

A Bossier City teenager has been arrested for having sex with a 12-year-old girl he met on the Internet. Bossier police say 18-year-old Miguel Damian is accused of having sex with the girl after making contact with her on Facebook. Police learned that Damian made arrangements to pick the girl up near her school yesterday, shortly after she arrived there by bus. The two then went to Damian's residence, where they had consensual sex. The girl's mother contacted police yesterday afternoon after her daughter told her what happened. Damian was arrested a few hours later, following an investigation by detectives with the Juvenile Unit. He was booked into the Bossier City Jail on an aggravated rape charge, then transferred to Bossier Max.
