
Biomedical Research Foundation Wants Tax Renewal on May Ballot

You will be asked to continue paying taxes to provide funding for the Biomedical Research Foundation.
Biomed wants to renew the tax millage a little early, and the Caddo Commissioners have ok'd the plan.
The special election would be in May. Voters would have to decide whether the property tax Biomed gets should stay on the books until 2032. It was set to go to the voters in 2018. Most of the commissioners voted in favor of the special election.
