According to a CNN article posted by KMSS Fox 33, Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves will be reuniting for a third "Bill & Ted" movie.

The question is...will fans be saying "Excellent!" or "Bogus!" once the new movie is released?

"Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" came out in 1989, and its follow-up "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey" was released two years later in 1991. This is one set of movies where I thought the sequel was just as good, if not better, than the first. Maybe it was the killer soundtrack, or perhaps a great story line. So how will part three compare?

"(Bill and Ted" will be 40-something, and it's all about Bill and Ted grown up, or not grown up," Winter told Yahoo. "It's really sweet and really f***ing funny."

Another question is...who will take George Carlin's place in this installment? The comedian, who played Rufus in the first two films, died in 2008. In the article, Winter didn't say, but he did tell Yahoo there will be "many versions of ourselves in this movie."

No word yet on when the movie might be released, but there is a script that's being tweaked right now. Fans will be anxiously awaiting more news.
