
AP Declares Trump, Clinton, Louisiana Winners
The Associated Press has declared Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton the winners of the of the Louisiana Presidential primary.
On the Republican side, front-runner Trump leads the way with 47.5%, a large lead over second place Ted Cruz at 24.3%. Marco Rubio is third at 18.8%. he was followed by John Kasich with 3.2%
The Democratic party contest turned out to be no contest, after all, with Hillary Clinton running away from Bernie Sanders by 50 points, 71.2% to 21.2%.
46 Republican party delegates are up for grabs. There are 28 Democratic delegates to be awarded.
