If you love watching travel shows or food shows, you don't want to miss Sunday night's episode of Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown. This episode is called "Cajun Mardi Gras" and will feature stops in south Louisiana.

The show airs Sunday night on CNN at 8 p.m.

This show is airing just over a week after the famous celebrity chef hung himself.

What you will see tonight is Bourdain donning Mardi Gras outfits and dining in cajun style in Mamou and Lafayette. He will also do some chicken chasing on the show.

In this celebration of Louisiana’s Cajun culture, complete with Zydeco music and a crawfish boil, Bourdain goes off the beaten path and takes part in the less familiar Mardi Gras traditions of the region’s history stemming from the French Middle Ages. description of the episode says. Bourdain was found dead in his hotel room in France on June 8. He was 61. His death was ruled a suicide.
