Alexandria Lands Jobs

A Rochester, New York, based company says it plans to open a Business Process Outsourcing center in Alexandria. It would be Sutherland Global Services' ninth U.S. operation. The Louisiana Economic Development Department says the center will mean six-hundred new jobs with an average salary of $27-thousand. The company plans to invest almost $3-million to remodel an existing 40-thousand square foot facility.
