It has been such an "uncertain" time. We have seen so many people call off or cancel events until these "uncertain times" chill out. 2020 and 2021 were rough years for the live event industry. So many events that we looked forward to were canceled.

Luckily for us, one of the most fun outdoor events made its comeback.

The day where we all are able to finally get our fair food fix is here. The State Fair of Louisiana will be in town through November 14th at the Louisiana State Fairgrounds in Shreveport.

It's no secret we all have our favorites when it comes to scoring a delicious treat at the State Fair of Louisiana.

I am sure we all have our hearts set on something, in particular, that one item that can cure your craving. For me I am always in pursuit of a delicious funnel cake, I swear the funnel cake doesn't taste as delicious if it's not consumed at the fair. I think the same can be said for all food consumed at the fair.

Although we have had the "Taste of the Fair" nothing compares to the thrill of the fair. It's an experience. Where you spend way more money on sinful foods instead of playing a game that you could never win. Who cares right? As long as everyone has fun. I hope you enjoy the fair as much as I do.

We asked several people to tell us about the food items at the fair that they MUST have, and here are the Top 6.
