Opening arguments in the trial of Brian Horn are set to begin at 9:30 Friday morning (March 28) in DeSoto Parish. 

The panel is made up of 11 whites and one black male. There are five men and six women on the jury. 

The jurors were selected in Baton Rouge and are being transported to DeSoto Parish for the trial. They will be sequestered in the Mansfield area.

Horn is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 12 year-old Justin Bloxom in March, 2010. Horn allegedly lured Bloxom into his cab by sending text messages pretending to be a young girl.

Bloxom's body was found in a wooded area of US Highway 71 near Stonewall.
